The exhibition presents "Post Modern Tragedies" series, developed by the artist in the 1980s as a way of reflecting on the economic policies developed by Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan in the United Kingdom and the United States respectively. By provoking hybrid collisions between social tragedies and design tools, mirrored chrome objects reflect on their surfaces violent and disturbing situations that completely contradict the perfect metallic forms. The exhibition also presents works that dialogue with the shadows. This element is approached by Mac Adams, through sculptures, in which abstract structures project figurative shadows. These works, in which sculpture becomes painting and photography, have influenced important American artists such as Tim Nobel and Sue Webster.
